Soothing warmth with three different sauna experiences

  1. Finnish Sauna

Our Finnish sauna offers an intense heat experience at approximately 80 to 100°C. The air is dry, with humidity usually between 10 and 20%, rising briefly during sauna infusions. Hot stones on the sauna heater create soothing bursts of heat and the traditional sauna climate.

  1. Steam sauna

Our steam sauna combines warmth and high humidity for a gentle sauna experience. At approximately 40 to 50°C and almost 100% humidity, it creates a pleasant, misty atmosphere. The warm steam opens the pores, cares for the skin and has a relaxing effect on the airways and muscles.

  1. Infrared cabin

Our infrared cabin provides gentle, deep-acting warmth at approximately 30 to 60°C. The air remains dry, while the heat is emitted directly through infrared heaters, helping to relax specific muscles and joints. The experience is particularly gentle and pleasant.
