General Information
The stated daily rates are per person and include half board and all included services. A local tourist tax of €2.90 per person aged 14 and over, per day, is charged separately and must be paid on site.
Reservations become binding once they have been confirmed by Hotel Berger by fax, email or post. Depending on the period and demand, we may request a deposit of 10% of the total price when the reservation is made.

Dogs are charged at €15 per day, excluding food. Please bring your own blanket or dog bed. Please inform us when booking if your four-legged companion will be joining you.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made in writing up to one month, 30 days, before arrival are free of charge. Any deposit already paid will be retained or credited towards your next stay.
For cancellations made between 30 and 14 days before arrival, we charge 40% of the total price.
For cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before arrival, we charge 60% of the total price.
For cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival, we charge 80% of the total price.
In the event of early departure or non-arrival, the full cost of the booked stay will be charged.
Deposit
When booking, a deposit of 10% of the total amount must be paid by credit card or bank transfer. The remaining balance is payable directly at the accommodation. Alternatively, the full amount may be paid immediately by credit card or bank transfer.
